Exchanges

- Avoid unnecessary returns and save on our environment by going through the size guide and ask for assistance via shop@nufferton.com.
- If you wish to exchange your product, please use our Return portal.
- Return the item within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
- All items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your exchange request and we may have to send the item back to you.
- Upon receipt of your product, we are pleased to inform you that a voucher equivalent to the total order amount will be issued. This voucher can be utilized to place a new order at our webshop, providing you with the flexibility to explore and select alternative items that better suit your preferences.

Returns

Pyjamas/Loungewear (Nufferton)
- Avoid unnecessary returns and save on our environment by going through the size guide and ask for assistance via shop@nufferton.com.
- When returning items, please use our Return portal. A return cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Nufferton’s return period is 14 days. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.
- A fee of 5 EUR (SE), 7 EUR (EU), 10 EUR (Outside EU) or equivalent in any other currencies.
- We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
- Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Nufferton.
- Refunds for returned products will be made within 5 business days, after we have received the returned products.
- Return procedure:
1. Complete the return form that you received with your order and place it inside the box together with the product.
2. When returning items, please use our Return portal.
3. For international orders: Schedule a pickup of your package by calling your local UPS, visiting UPS.com or dropping the package off at your nearest UPS service center.
/ For Swedish orders: Drop off your package at your local DHL Service Point Center.
4. Once your return is received and confirmed - we will refund your order.

Duvet/Head pillow (Happy Fluffy Cloud)
- As a customer, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you receive the item.
- You are entitled to open the packaging to ensure that you received the correct item; however, please handle it carefully so you can reseal the original packaging (does not apply if the seal is broken).
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping cost and to package the product to withstand the return shipping.
- If you wish to return your item, please use our Return portal.
- Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item with intact seal/not removed from bag/not used – 100% refund.
- Since duvets/head pillows are hygiene products, you cannot return a duvet/head pillow if the seal has been broken. Only unused duvets/head pillows in their original packaging (bag with intact seal) are accepted as returns.

Interior
- As a customer, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you receive the item.
